Jess NolascoI’m always looking for ways to give back to communities and I am particularly interested in working with immigrant women. I was a bicycle mechanic for about 15 years and I still organize rides and events, and do freelance bike-related work. I'm one of a handful of Spanish speaking female bike mechanics in NY. Currently, I am getting my master's degree in Architecture at City College in New York. I work part-time as a bartender and I like to bike, paint, draw, and do community-inspired events!

Lydia FroncekI’m a musician, producer, song writer, community builder and a co-founder of Leyline, an Austin TX-based world folk band. My main instrument is the Senegalese talking drum which I’ve studied for the last 13 years. Currently, I work for a start up called Sunboy in NYC where I run events and manage brand partnerships. I started a collective for women and gender expansive music producers and artists based in Brooklyn and in my spare time I work as a music mentor and songwriting coach.

Double TI am passionate about supporting community theatre that expands the scope of inclusivity and eliminates the barriers to affordability. I have a degree in technical design and I specialize in lighting design. Currently, I work at a non-profit in Central NY and run lighting for special events and youth theatre programs. For fun I sing in a handful of community groups, choirs and bands and I race bikes as a hobby. I have two dogs and a cat, and I have a FEMA animal search and retrieval certification.

Maïa VidalI’m a singer/songwriter, rockstar and multi-disciplinary artist. My early projects were inspired by a DIY ethos-- if you want something to exist, just get out there and do it. It was about being unapologetically big, fun, sexy and empowering other people to feel the same way. I spent 7 years doing a solo project called Maia Vidal which I toured throughout Europe and experimented with different music styles and musicians. The mission was about making it be as true as possible. My most recent project was Side Chick, a female-fronted glam-punk band that has empowered young girls to want to be musicians. I’ve been living in Barcelona for the last 15 years and currently taking some time off to be a parent.

Vincent Giannotti
For the past twelve years, Vincent has spent much of his time in and out of Nepal, where he began as a high school teacher and now leads immersive, semester-long programs for students from around the world. Inspired by the community-driven spirit of his college's bike co-op, he has dedicated his career to creating open, engaging, and fun spaces for learning and connection. As an experiential educator, he brings that same philosophy to every program he leads. These days, Vincent splits his time between farming in Santa Cruz, California, and guiding and instructing in the Sierra and abroad. |
Sylvie FroncekMy background is in teambuilding and outdoor education, but art and music have always been a huge part of my life. Currently, I'm the Director of the Cornell Team and Leadership Center and I organize community building events like family-friendly full moon bike rides and immersive/interactive theatre shows. I'm currently pursing an MBA in Entertainment and Media Management.
